It’s so nice to meet you!

Dr. Bri, ND

I grew up in the small but cozy “Lilac Capital of Ontario”, Franktown, ON. I spent most of my childhood running around in the forest, playing on the many school sports teams and digging in the dirt in my dad’s gardens. This is where my love for nature and physical activity all began.

My love for running started at a young age as well. At my elementary school, which was nestled between several farms and didn’t have a track, I fell in love with running the 400m (which entailed running 1 lap around the school). I went on to set two 400m records at Carleton Place High School and at the Eastern Ontario level. I’ve since hung up my track spikes and I currently stick to running half and full marathons now. I also found a passion for cycling, which has propelled me into the world of triathlons and Ironman.

Credentials: I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Health Science with Honours. I attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I am also a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
